Building in Swiss Village East

The property owners of Swiss Village East take great pride in their community.  We are fortunate to live in a community with concerned citizens, Covenants, and Building Restrictions.  These help to assure construction that fits in with the neighborhood, meets our rules and regulations, and is of superior quality.

If you are planning to make a major modification to your existing home, cut down trees, or build a new structure, permission must be obtained from the Architectural Committee of the Swiss Village East Property Owners' Association.  Failure to do so well in advance of beginning construction can prove very costly to the homeowner.  The Association has the legal authority to halt construction and even force the removal of unauthorized construction.  So, please contact the Architectural Committee before investing any money on construction.  Our trees are precious.  Trees cannot be cut down without approval of a site plan.
