Our Mission:

 

    - develop Swiss Village East as a community of year-round and vacation home properties

    - maintain and beautify common areas of Swiss Village East

    - engage in activities that enrich the lives of property owners

Dues:

​

Dues are $72 per year for a lot with a home, and $48 per year for an undeveloped lot.  Dues are assessed at the end of each calendar year for the following year.  Payments are due by April 30th.

 

Generally, liens are placed on properties that are more than a year delinquent.  However, the absence of a lien does not always mean there are no delinquent dues, so title companies must contact us directly to determine if there are any dues owed.  Contact the Treasurer, Lonne Petroskey via email.
